Welcome to the merchandise shop for BT and Toyota branded items. This is where you can order giveaways in different price ranges according to our ID manual for the brands. The assortment is constantly being evaluated and we are more than grateful for ideas. 

Should you have a local conference we can help you to put together the material as you would like, brand and ship to you. We can also help you get the cost down by asking other countries to join in on a certain item.

Payment
Companies inside Europe: Payment by invoice.

Companies outside Europe: Payment by Credit card or via your account at BT Products AB (Same as your account/customer number when ordering trucks). If you choose to use your account please don’t forget to note your account/customer number on the order. 
In case you make a payment with Credit Card the freight cost will be invoiced from Toyota Material Handling International on quarterly basis.

Private orders
Private order should be paid by Credit card. Please note that if you order private we also need to add VAT with 25%.
Freight charge will also be added.

Access and ordering
This shop is available to all distributors. We have items that are branded “BT” and “Toyota Material Handling”, which means that if you sell BT and Toyota, you can order either one of them. If you only distribute the BT brand, the selection is not yet as wide, but more products will be added shortly. Feel free to contact us if you should have a need not in the current assortment. 
Your input is what will make our gift-shop better!
One person at your company has been given the access to purchase from the on-line gift shop. (This person is most likely your sales manager.) More information can be given by your market coordinator. 

Buying Information
All prices in Euro.
Delivery terms: DAP.
Freight charge will be added, please see Zone table and Shipping Matrix.

Your products will be sent within 5-7 working days after we receive your order. Some of the products could have a longer delivery time. In this case this information is shown in the information of that specific product.

Remarks on the products should be made latest fourteen days after receipt.
 

Shipment
See shipping matrix for approximate shipping cost. Please note that prices could be changed without further notice.
UPS EXPRESS SAVER  takes 2-3 working days
UPS EXPEDITED  takes 5-7 working days 
UPS Standard by truck in Europe takes 2-4 working days. 
We will always choose the cheapest alternative. If you prefer a quicker delivery please make a note of this on your purchase. 
Please note that that EXPEDITED shipment is not an option to all countries. Should any of this be a problem for you, please contact your market coordinator for an alternative solution.
1 m3 = 280 kg. This means that UPS and DHL will calculate on weight or volume whichever is highest.

Return of goods.
Incorrect goods will be sent in return on Connect Marketing´s account.
Any other returns will be paid by receiver.
